Welcombe is right in the heart of the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and is ideally located close to Bude, Hartland, Clovelly, Bideford and Barnstaple.

Situated at the foot of the Hartland Peninsula and just a few minutes walk from the Atlantic coast is the pretty farm hamlet of Mead where 'Home Farm' is situated.

Traveling to Us

By Car - From the M5 Junction 27 take the A361 to Barnstaple then follow the A39 towards Bude turning of at Welcombe just before the Cornwall border.

By Public Transport - Train or Bus to Exeter then X9 Express Bus to Bude where we can arrange to collect you.
