Great
Tythe Barn - Sleeps 8 people in 4 Bedrooms
Great Tythe has a well-equipped and fitted pine kitchen
with dishwasher and washing machine as well as cooker,
microwave and fridge-freezer. The dining area has a farmhouse
table, seating eight. The living room has comfortable
settee seating, Devonshire pine furniture, large screen
colour TV, VCR and hi-fi, night storage heating and electric
heating. There is a ground floor bedroom with four poster
bed, in antique style and full bathroom with both bath
and power shower and a heated towel rail. The feature
staircase leads to three further bedrooms - a double with
canopied bed and en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms,
all with pine furniture, which share a further full bathroom
with bath, power shower and heated towel rail. Great Tythe
is light and airy throughout with large double glazed
windows and good night storage and electric heating.
Rye
Barn - Sleeps 6 people in 3 Bedrooms
Rye Barn is very spacious and full of character, being
the original milking parlour. It is on the lower floor,
below Wheat and Barley Barns, and has an extremely spacious
and well-appointed, double glazed living room with three
plump and comfortable settees, storage heating and panel
heating. There is a large screen colour TV, VCR and hi-fi
and radiant/convector fire. The pine dining table seats
six comfortably and the pine fitted kitchen is exceptionally
well-equipped with split-level cooker, microwave, fridge,
freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom
has a bath and power shower above and a heated towel rail
for extra comfort. Rye Barn has three cosy, double glazed
bedrooms, a double and two twins and is exceptional value
for the larger family or group.
Red
Cottage - Sleeps 4 people in 2 Bedrooms
Red Cottage is a charming two-bedroomed cottage which
is fully double glazed, with exposed beams and ivy and
roses round the door. It has a double bedroom with four
poster bed and a twin bedroom, both with pine furniture
and electric heating. The living room is L-shaped, beamed
and full of character with plump settees and Devonshire
pine furniture, colour TV, VCR and hi-fi, night storage
heating and an electric wood burner style stove in the
living room and convection heating in the bedrooms. It
has a fully equipped dining kitchen with pine furniture,
full cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. The full bathroom
has both a bath and power shower and a heated towel rail
for that extra touch of luxury. Red Cottage has two small
steps at the entrance and the accommodation is then entirely
on the ground floor and enjoys sunshine all day.
Wheat
Barn - Sleeps 4 people in 2 Bedrooms
Wheat Barn is very cosy, with full double glazing, and
private. Ideal for spring, autumn or winter breaks, it
is up four outside stone steps and the large comfortable
living room features wood panelling and comfortable modern
settees, TV, VCR and hi-fi, night storage and electric
panel heating with a wood burner style electric stove.
The full kitchen has pine dining furniture, full compact
cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. It has two bedrooms
a double and a twin and the full bathroom has a bath and
power shower.
Barley
Barn - Sleeps 4 people in 2 Bedrooms
Barley Barn is on the upper floor of a stone built barn
and are reached by a sturdy outside stone stairway. It
has a living room with comfortable settees, night storage
and electric heating and colour TV. There is a VCR and
hi-fi. The kitchen is well-equipped with pine dining furniture,
full cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. It has a full
bathroom with bath and power shower. There are two bedrooms,
a spacious double with a lace canopied bed and a twin.
All the windows are double-glazed and you might even manage
to see the sea. It has access to a large, sunny, decked,
courtyard garden with flower beds and garden furniture.
