We have two grades of rooms available for Bed and Breakfast;

Superior Rooms
Furnished elegantly with antique and classic furniture and en-suite bathrooms.

The Garden Room (sleeps 1or 2) - has views over the gardens and is furnished with an
antique double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with full size bath.

The Paddock Room (sleeps 1 or 2) - has extensive views over Welcombe Valley and to the side you can see the
sea, it has a classic pine double bed and an ensuite bathroom with power shower.

The Old Dairy (sleeps 1 or 2) - is a converted outbuilding with high beamed ceiling and has a kingsize
double bed or 2 single beds and has an ensuite bathroom with power shower.

Superior rooms are priced at £70 per room per night for up to 2 guests - discounts available for longer stays.

Standard Rooms
Furnished similarly with antique and classic furniture and private bathrooms.

The Orchard Room (sleeps 1, 2 or 3) - has views over the gardens towards the Orchard and has 2
antique single beds (extra bed available) and has a private bathroom across the hall with full size bath.

The Terrace Room (sleeps 1, 2 or 3) - positioned above the garden terrace it has a lovely view of the
garden, classic pine double and single bed with a private bathroom across the hall with luxury shower.

Standard rooms are priced at £60 per room per night for up to 2 guests and £80 for 3 guests - discounts available for longer stays.

Guests Lounge
There is a large lounge for our guests use in the evenings with lots of books to read and information about the area.

We regret that we do not have facilities suitable for young children.
